If you want big arms you need to focus the majority of your workout time training triceps. Triceps are a bigger muscle group than biceps therefore will create a visually bigger arm.

  • Go heavy and hard, I like to aim for 10-15 reps
  • Squeeze the muscle you’re focusing on
  • Prioritise triceps over biceps
  • Never neglect the forearms
  • Use full range of motion where possible.
