I am excited to be leaving for India this week where I will be a judge at a bodybuilding & physique championship and also take part in a bodybuilding certification workshop. This is my first trip to India and it is a real honour to be able to check out and meet fellow elite athletes and bodybuilders in both Goa and Mumbai.
First I will judge a bodybuilding & physique championship in Goa. Then I will take part in a bodybuilding certification workshop with India bodybuilding coach Harry Sandhu at a two-day workshop in Mumbai
